Since 2014, I have played a pivotal role in helping brands drive growth, delight customers, and engage communities by developing effective marketing strategies and leveraging powerful storytelling initiatives. With my deep understanding of the health and wellness, coaching, sport and fitness, outdoor, technology, and education industries - as well as my strong knowledge of human behavior - I have led and contributed to numerous projects that resulted in real business impact. FORMATION Lifestyle
As the marketing director at FORMATION, I lead the marketing and content strategy across all channels to engage key audiences and drive business growth. I played an instrumental role in the successful launch of a new yoga studio, building awareness, generating leads, and driving sales. Below are a few examples of web, email, and social media content projects.

Email Marketing | New Studio Announcement
The below email announcement was sent to current subscribers to engage the audience and generate excitement about the new studio location. I led the messaging and copywriting for this announcement across email, social media, web, and paid ads.


Social Engagement + Lead Gen | Studio Announcement
The below announcement was published on the Formation IG page to engage the audience and spark excitement about the new studio location, while generating leads for potential customers and yoga instructors.

Messaging + Copy | Brand Storytelling
I manage the messaging and copy across the entire website.
From developing the brand identity and voice, to crafting the mission and core values, and writing engaging copy, I play a key role in bringing the Formation brand to life across the site.
Seasonal Campaign | Lead Generation + Sales
I developed a seasonal campaign strategy, executed throughout December 2024 and January 2025 - with the goal of generating leads and driving membership sales. The campaign spanned web, email, social (organic and paid), and digital ads. We reached our membership goals, and grew our audience significantly.

Balltime AI
As the Marketing Manager at Balltime, I lead projects spanning content marketing, partnership marketing, and product marketing for the organization.


Email Marketing Strategy | Year In Review
I developed an email marketing strategy, which included a new segmented monthly newsletter. The December newsletter was centered around Balltime's first ever Year In Review, building excitement and driving conversions.


Social Engagement | Partnership Launch
I managed partnership marketing and new-partner launches, driving engagement with creative storytelling via social media. In this example, I brought the video animation idea and designed the video format. Our skilled visual designer brought the idea to life. Regenified
In my time at Regenified, I had the opportunity to develop the entire content strategy from the ground up, while diving straight into multiple content projects. From creating the company's first-ever case studies, to developing a more comprehensive social media strategy, and building relationships with industry experts, I sunk my teeth in from the get go.

Case Study | Sales Enablement
I created the above case study highlighting the story of a Certified Regenified farm, The Chef's Garden. This asset was meant to be leveraged by the sales and leadership teams as a means to educate key audiences and emphasize the value of Regenified certification to potential customers.

Social Media Growth
I supported the social media team by helping define the social strategy, and consistently writing content published on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. During my time at Regenified, the social media following grew by roughly 50% across LinkedIn and Instagram, and roughly 75% on Facebook, building awareness and generating leads.
TrainingPeaks + TrainHeroic
In 2021, I joined the marketing team at Peaksware. I began in a content marketing role with the TrainHeroic brand, and soon grew into a role on the Product Marketing team, spanning both TrainHeroic and TrainingPeaks brands.

Apple Watch Integration | Go-to-Market
I played a key role in developing the messaging and copy utilized across multiple channels - including web, email,
in-app, and social - for one of the largest go-to-markets in TrainingPeaks history: the full integration with Apple Watch.
I worked in collaboration with the team to help develop the overall content strategy and roadmap to ensure maximum
exposure and impact from this GTM, which launched in December of 2023.
Customer Success Stories | Product Storytelling + Lead Gen
I led the content creation and strategy in developing a new, first-of-its-kind customer stories webpage for TrainHeroic. Leveraging case studies from some of our most influential coaches, I created polished, concise, and powerful customer stories utilized across marketing and business development teams to connect with new partners and grow coach subscribers. I sourced video testimonial content (seen above) to increase page engagement, and centered each customer story around key personas and value propositions. I worked alongside the team's web specialist, who helped bring these stories to life, as well as the lifecycle marketing team, to integrate these assets into targeted email flows.

TrainingPeaks
Blog | Product Feature Adoption + Lead Gen
Multiple different projects, managed by yours truly, led to the creation of the above blog article. In June of 2023, I conducted a survey sent to a segment of 25,000 TrainingPeaks Premium users. The survey yielded over 1400 responses. The insights gained - and the stories collected - have been leveraged widely across the entire organization. Among the insights gained, we singled out the top features that athletes simply can't live without, and created a blog article to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase product feature adoption by existing users.

Webpage Overhaul | Product Features + Updates
Together with my team (Product Marketing), we conducted a complete overhaul of the TrainingPeaks 'What's New' page.
My role as the lead content strategist and copywriter for this project meant I had the opportunity to tell the full story of how the
product has evolved over the previous two years. Our team worked with our videographer in creating the storyline for the feature video on
this page (seen above), which was leveraged across multiple channels and viewed widely. The goals of this page include telling a clear,
more compelling story to viewers, attracting new users, and increasing adoption of new product features by current users.
TrainHeroic
Coach Business Guide | Lead Generation
I led the strategy, creation, and execution of this online guide, which was created to serve as a lead magnet
leveraged by the acquisition team at TrainHeroic. This project involved collaboration with the lifecycle marketing team,
social media manager, as well as the business development team, to nail down the essential elements of this guide.
And of course, this project would not have come together without the skilled and talented web designer.
Mad kudos to everyone involved.
Similar to the project I completed with TrainHeroic, I led the initiative to source and create the first public-facing coach
case studies for TrainingPeaks, with the goal of increasing the number of new coach subscribers. This project involved collaboration with the business development team, as well as connecting and building relationships with customers featured on this page (which I thoroughly enjoy). This asset has been leveraged across acquisition, lifecycle, and product marketing teams,
and is also utilized within the business development team.

Coach Playbook | Onboarding + Adoption
From ideation through final execution, I led the strategy and creation of the Coach Playbook. The goal of this project was to drastically improve the onboarding experience, and ultimately increase adoption of product features by new coach customers. This involved close collaboration with the creative, lifecycle marketing, and sales teams.

Connecting with Coaches + Sport Leaders
Before diving into the tech world, I had the opportunity to work with some of the most respected individuals in the coaching, fitness, and mental health industries. I couldn't have imagined the breadth of knowledge I would walk away with after my time at the University of Denver, nor can I express enough gratitude for the chance to work among this group of people.

Manager, Digital Content Marketing
When I began in my role at DU, zero sport and fitness coaching programs existed at the University. I had the unique opportunity to develop all aspects of the marketing and communications strategy, and I played a critical role in successfully launching multiple online coaching programs that have become industry leaders.
While at DU, one project I owned was a complete relaunch of the Sport Coaching webpages, which spanned the Coaching Certificate pages.

DU Sport Sense
A blog created by Brittany Kahl
I created the DU Sport Sense blog as a tactic to drive web traffic and generate leads for the sport coaching programs. As the blog editor, I sourced the article topics, and managed guest writers and all content published on the blog. While new articles have been published since my departure, the blog homepage remains the same as the day I left. Check out an earlier article here, edited and published by yours truly.

I collaborated with the video production team to create multiple videos highlighting the sport coaching programs at DU. One of the first, was this one below. This video was leveraged across the web, social media, and within email campaigns, to show potential customers the value of the program. My role was to write the video script and create the story layout for this video.

Ending an Era on a High Note
During my time at DU, I was fortunate to form lasting relationships with many of our customers. When I left DU to start a new role with TrainHeroic, I received a flood of kind words from several of these customers (see a few of these below). It was overwhelming, in the best way.
